I have been waiting for something exciting to happen to post about and here it is! Chris scored a few free items tonight with the kids. He was in charge of going grocery shopping at Trader Joes and happened to notice a sign for the corner cafe, Camille's, which is having their Grand Opening soon. Tonight, however, was their employee training and they wanted people to come and eat! All the food was on the house so Chris took the kids in and enjoyed his dinner all the more because he didn't have to pay a cent! Then he went to Trader Joes looking for fresh basil. The basil they had was looking a little poor and so the sales associate told him to take a few containers and not worry about paying for them. Boy, I need to send him on more errands! The basil was delicious by the way as Chris made some pizza for me after he came home. What a great husband I have!

(we are trying to move closer to brent's work..Forest grove. But with the market the way it is it may not happen. we'll see?)
Can you ask Chris to do my shopping too?:). Sounds like you're doing well! Derek looks so much like Mason...we miss you!
