Volleyball was my main activity this week. The team I played on won our final game today. We went undefeated this season! Chris is going to play on the men's softball team for church and had an interesting practice on Saturday in the wind and mud. It rained all day of Friday, which we needed, but it didn't make for a good playing field plus it was super windy.
Sadie had a book report due on Friday which we procrastinated doing. However, she pulled it off with flying colors. Her book was Freckle Juice and she created a missing poster for the main character, Andrew. It turned out really great, I should have taken a picture of it before she turned it in. We'll have to post that later. Mason also had some great art work which I did take a picture of:

Notice his name. He thinks his middle name is "Quidiford" instead of Christopher. He spells it QRFUD. I don't know how he'll react when he realizes the truth.
Of coarse I can't post without having something of Derek. Here is a video we took of him this week:
He is holding off on crawling until we get into the house. This is a special request from me. We are down to counting by days now. I think once you have past the 2 1/2 week mark you are entitled to count by the days. We have 16 left and are anticipating furnishing this huge house. So we have been watching craigslist and the postings at Chris' work to find good deals. We have found a few great deals and missed more than I would have wished. At least we know that good items do come on for fairly inexpensive. You just have to be really fast at responding to the add. Unfortunately I think there are people who have "dates" with craigslist and just wait for the good things to come and pounce on them instantly. I don't know how much time I am willing to sit and watch once we are in the house. On the flip side, I was successful in selling most of our big baby items that Derek doesn't use anymore plus a few pair of jeans. Craigslist is great!
Our family night consisted of a lesson by Sadie (first time and she did great) and a game of LIFE. The game was interesting with Mason coming in second place next to "Doctor" Chris (who went to college compared to Mason with no degree). Mason was an athlete by profession and made nearly as much money as the doctor. We are going to have to come up with another tactic to teach them the benefits of going to college. The trees are blooming here and we are enjoying great weather!

I love the update. When do you close on your house? I love Craig's list too. Did you see my new desk I blogged about? From Craig's list!
